Sales Contract Addendum
SALES CONTRACT ADDENDUM
This Sales Contract Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into as of the Effective Date listed below, by and between the undersigned Parties. This Addendum serves to amend and supplement the existing Sales Contract ("Original Contract") executed by the Parties on an earlier date.
Introduction
This Addendum is made to outline the amendments to the Original Contract agreed upon by the Parties. The amendments specified herein are intended to provide additional clarity and address unforeseen changes in product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Amendments
The following sections of the Original Contract are hereby amended as follows:

Updating Product Specifications: Changes to the product or service specifications that were not included in the original contract. The revised specifications are detailed in Exhibit A attached to this Addendum.

Pricing Adjustments: The pricing structure has been revised to reflect current market conditions. An updated pricing table is provided in Exhibit B.

Delivery Schedule: The delivery dates have been modified to accommodate logistical changes. The new delivery timeline is detailed in Exhibit C.

Entire Agreement |

Notices |
All notices required under this Addendum shall be in writing and delivered via email, facsimile, or certified mail to the respective Party's registered address. |
Governing Law
This Addendum shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Addendum shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New California.
