Blank Addendum

This Addendum (the "Addendum") is executed as of August 9, 2050, and is intended to amend and supplement the original contract dated January 15, 2050 (the "Original Contract") by and between [Your Company Name], having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Party 1"), and Acme Innovations Inc., having its principal place of business at 7890 Maple Avenue, Suite 123, Springfield, IL 62701 ("Party 2").

I. Identification of Original Contract

This Addendum shall be deemed a part of the Original Contract and is incorporated by reference. The Original Contract between [Your Company Name] and Acme Innovations Inc. is hereby identified, including all provisions, schedules, and attachments thereto, as the base document to which this Addendum applies.

II. Introduction of New Terms

The following additional terms and conditions are hereby introduced into the Original Contract:

Extended Service Delivery Period: The service delivery period outlined in Section 3.2 of the Original Contract is hereby extended by an additional six months. The new service delivery completion date shall be July 15, 2051, replacing the original date of January 15, 2051. This extension allows for additional time to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Additional Payment Terms: An additional payment of $250,000 shall be made by [Your Company Name] to Acme Innovations Inc. as a result of the extended service period and enhanced project scope. This payment shall be issued in two installments: $125,000 on February 15, 2051, and $125,000 on April 15, 2051. The payment terms outlined in Section 4.1 of the Original Contract shall be amended accordingly.
Revised Confidentiality Clause: The confidentiality obligations described in Section 5.1 of the Original Contract are updated to include a non-disclosure requirement for any proprietary information disclosed during the extended service period. III. Integration with Original Agreement

Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Addendum and the Original Contract, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail and govern.

IV. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The parties agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with this Addendum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metropolis, CA.
