I. Purpose

This Addendum to Will is created to amend, update, or clarify specific provisions in the existing will of Mark Frey. It serves to reflect recent changes in personal circumstances, preferences, or legal requirements that necessitate modifications in the distribution of assets or the appointment of executors. This addendum ensures that the will accurately represents Mark Frey’s current wishes and complies with applicable laws.

II. Details

This addendum outlines the following modifications to the original will dated January 15, 2050:

Beneficiary Changes: The share of the estate previously allocated to Samantha Lee is now redirected to Emily Frey.
Asset Distribution: The specific bequest of the family heirloom gold pocket watch, which was to be given to William Frey, is amended to be given to Sarah Johnson. Additionally, the bequest of the vintage car collection, originally assigned to Michael Lee, is now to be distributed among Emily Frey and James Brown.
Executor Appointments: The appointment of Robert Smith as executor is replaced with Laura Green, who will assume all responsibilities and authority previously assigned.

III. Implementation

IV. Execution

The addendum must be signed and dated by Mark Frey on August 12, 2055, in the presence of two witnesses. The witnesses must also sign and date the document, confirming that Mark Frey has executed the addendum willingly and with full understanding of the changes being made.
