Contract Agreement Addendum

1. Purpose

This Contract Agreement Addendum (the "Addendum") is intended to modify and supplement the terms and conditions of the existing Contract Agreement (the "Agreement") between [Your Company Name] and Sunshine Enterprises LLC. 6. Confidentiality Clause

7. Termination Clause
