I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at StarTerra on August 5, 2055. As a frequent customer, I was disappointed by the subpar VIP Rejuvenation Facial. Instead of the custom organic blend, I received a standard product line that caused discomfort and redness. The treatment left my skin tight and irritated, and the promised hydrating mask was replaced with a basic alternative.

The level of customer service I encountered during my visit was unsatisfactory. The technician, Rocky Orn, appeared disinterested and inattentive. When I raised concerns about the irritation I experienced, she dismissed my concerns without providing a proper explanation or solution. Furthermore, the reception staff seemed unorganized and failed to provide timely updates about my appointment or check-in process.

I expected superior service for the $250 VIP Rejuvenation Facial, but it fell short of the advertised premium experience. The service did not match the promised exclusive products and personalized care. Please review my complaint and address the issue within 14 days.
