Pet Addendum

This Pet Addendum is an addendum to the Residential Lease Agreement dated August 13, 2050, between [Your Company Name] ("Landlord") and Sophia Andrews ("Tenant") for the premises located at [Property Address].

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Pet Addendum is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Tenant is permitted to keep pets on the leased property.

2. Permitted Pets

The Tenant is allowed to keep a maximum of two pets on the premises, limited to the following types: dogs (under 50 pounds), cats, and small caged animals such as hamsters or birds. Any exceptions to this list must be approved in writing by the Landlord.

5. Pet Deposits/Fees

A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required, along with a refundable pet deposit of $500, which will be used to cover any damages caused by the pets. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease term, provided there is no pet-related damage.

6. Compliance and Inspections

The Tenant must comply with all local pet-related regulations. The Landlord reserves the right to inspect the property upon reasonable notice to ensure compliance with this addendum.
