Dear Mr. Malcolm Raynor,
This Short Term Rental Agreement Letter ("Agreement") is made effective as of October 10, 2054, between [Your Name] ("Landlord") and Malcolm Raynor ("Tenant").
The Landlord agrees to rent the property located at Jacksonville, FL 32099 to the Tenant for short-term occupancy. The rental term will begin on October 10, 2054, and will end on October 17, 2054.
The total rental fee for the term is $1,200, payable in full on or before October 5, 2054. A security deposit of $300 is required, refundable within 14 days after the end of the rental term, subject to any deductions for damages.
