Salon Employment Contract
This contract ("Contract") is made and entered into on January 1, 2053, by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Employer"), and [Your Name] ("Employee").
1. Position and Duties
1.1 Position
The Employee will be employed as a Senior Hair Stylist at [Your Company Name].
1.2 Duties
The Employee agrees to perform the following duties:

2. Employment Term
2.1 Start Date
The Employee’s employment will commence on January 1, 2053.
2.2 Probationary Period
The first 90 days of employment will be considered a probationary period, during which either party may terminate the employment with one week’s notice.
3. Compensation
3.1 Salary/Wage
The Employee will receive a salary of $25 per hour, payable bi-weekly.
3.2 Bonuses and Commissions
The Employee may be eligible for bonuses or commissions based on performance, as outlined in [Your Company Name]’s bonus policy.
4. Work Hours
4.1 Regular Hours
The Employee’s regular working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
4.2 Overtime
Any work performed beyond the regular working hours will be compensated at the rate of $37.50 per hour, subject to applicable laws.
5. Leave Entitlements
5.1 Annual Leave
The Employee is entitled to 10 days of paid annual leave per year.
5.2 Sick Leave

5.3 Public Holidays
The Employee will be entitled to public holidays in accordance with California state law.
6. Employee Benefits
6.1 Health Insurance
The Employee will be eligible for health insurance benefits as per the salon’s benefits policy.
6.2 Other Benefits
The Employee may be entitled to additional benefits, including a professional development stipend and employee discounts on products and services, as per the salon’s policies.
7. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and client details obtained during the course of employment and to not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the Employer.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Employer
The Employer may terminate the Employee’s employment with two weeks’ notice or immediately for cause.
8.2 Termination by Employee
The Employee may terminate their employment with two weeks’ notice.
8.3 Final Pay
Upon termination, the Employee will be entitled to receive payment for all work performed up to the termination date and any accrued leave entitlements.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
9.2 Amendments
Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
9.3 Governing Law
This Contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
