I. Introduction
This document constitutes a Power of Attorney, hereinafter referred to as "POA," granted by [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Importer," to Elite Customs Brokerage Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Broker." The Importer hereby authorizes the Broker to act on the Importer’s behalf regarding the importation and clearance of shipments through customs, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
II. Grant of Authority
The Importer grants the Broker full authority to act on their behalf in connection with all import transactions. This includes but is not limited to:

Preparing and filing customs entries and declarations.

Handling import fees and taxes.

Communicating with government agencies concerning the importation process.

Signing necessary documents such as Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Customs Forms.

Handling any disputes or issues arising from the import process.
III. Duration of Authority
This POA shall remain in effect from the date of execution until it is either revoked by the Importer in writing or upon termination of the business relationship between the Importer and the Broker.
IV. Obligations and Responsibilities
The Importer agrees to provide all necessary documentation and information required for the importation and customs clearance of the shipments. The Importer warrants that all information provided will be accurate and complete. The Broker agrees to act in the best interests of the Importer and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding customs brokerage.
V. Revocation of Power
The Importer reserves the right to revoke this POA at any time by providing written notice to the Broker. Upon revocation, the Broker shall cease to take any further action on behalf of the Importer regarding the import transactions.
VI. Governing Law
This POA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
