I. Warranty Coverage:
[YOUR COMPANY NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor") hereby warrants the electrical systems installed in the newly constructed commercial property located at [Property Address] (hereinafter referred to as "the Property") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years from the date of substantial completion of the Property.
II. Scope of Warranty:

III. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage or defects caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs made by any party other than the Contractor.

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or abuse of the electrical system.

Failures caused by acts of God, including but not limited to, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

Damage due to power surges, overloads, or other issues related to the utility service.

Routine maintenance, including replacement of fuses, light bulbs, and other consumables.
IV. Claim Procedure:
To make a claim under this warranty, the Property Owner must notify the Contractor in writing at the address provided above within [Number of Days] days of discovering the defect. The notification must include a detailed description of the defect, along with any relevant photographs or documentation.
Upon receipt of the claim, the Contractor will arrange for an inspection of the electrical system to determine the validity of the claim. If the defect is covered by this warranty, the Contractor will promptly undertake the necessary repairs or replacements.
V. Limitations of Liability:
The Contractor’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as stated herein. Under no circumstances shall the Contractor be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use, inability to use, or failure of the electrical system, whether such claims are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Transferability:
This Electrical System Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the Property within the warranty period, provided that the new owner notifies the Contractor of the ownership transfer within 15 days of the sale.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
VI. Acceptance of Warranty:
By signing below, the Property Owner acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Electrical System Warranty and accept it as part of the construction agreement.
