I. Warranty Overview

This Construction Warranty Form (“Warranty”) is issued by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], herein referred to as the “Contractor,” to Jamie Hall, herein referred to as the “Client,” for the renovation and remodeling work performed on the property located at 154 Maple St. Chicago, Illinois (the “Property”). II. Scope of Warranty

IV. Claims Process

To make a claim under this Warranty, the Client must:

Notification: Notify the Contractor in writing of the defect within 15 days from the date the defect is discovered.
Inspection: Allow the Contractor to inspect the defect and determine whether it is covered under this Warranty.
Repair or Replacement: The Contractor will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective materials or workmanship at no additional cost to the Client.

V. Limitations

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the renovation or remodeling work and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Client named herein. It does not extend to subsequent owners or occupants of the Property.
