Standard Construction Warranty
I. Warranty Coverage
This Standard Construction Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Contractor") to Kelly Meyers ("Owner") for the residential construction project located at 194 Oakville Road, Phoenix, Arizona ("Property"). Limitations and Exclusions
This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in workmanship or materials. The Contractor will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from defects. Any verbal or written statements made by the Contractor or its representatives beyond the scope of this Warranty are not binding.
VI. Transferability
This Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the Property during the Warranty period, provided that the new owner notifies the Contractor of the transfer in writing.
VII. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
