VEHICLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

II. Vehicle Description

IV. Warranties and Representations
The Dealership provides the following warranties and representations regarding the vehicle:

No Liens: The vehicle is free of any liens or encumbrances.
Condition: The dealership guarantees the vehicle's condition today.
V. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership
The Dealership agrees to deliver the vehicle to the Buyer at Denver, CO 80202 on or before August 31, 2050. At the time of delivery, the Dealership shall provide the following:
Vehicle Title: A valid title of ownership in the name of the Dealership, free of liens.
Bill of Sale: A bill of sale documenting the transaction.
Registration: Assistance with vehicle registration if required.
VI. Taxes and Fees
The Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with the purchase, including but not limited to sales tax, registration fees, and title transfer fees. These amounts are not included in the purchase price and shall be paid by the Buyer directly to the appropriate authorities or as instructed by the Dealership.
VII. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations as set forth herein. In the event of termination, the Dealership shall return any deposit paid by the Buyer, and the Buyer shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver, CO 80202.
