IV. Warranties and Representations

V. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership

VI. Taxes and Fees
The Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with the purchase, including but not limited to sales tax, registration fees, and title transfer fees. These amounts are not included in the purchase price and shall be paid by the Buyer directly to the appropriate authorities or as instructed by the Dealership.
VII. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations as set forth herein. In the event of termination, the Dealership shall return any deposit paid by the Buyer, and the Buyer shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Springfield, IL.
