Vehicle Purchase Agreement

I. Parties Involved

V. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership

Vehicle Title: A valid title of ownership in the name of the Dealership, free of liens.

VI. Taxes and Fees

The Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with the purchase, including but not limited to sales tax, registration fees, and title transfer fees. VII. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations as set forth herein. In the event of termination, the Dealership shall return any deposit paid by the Buyer, and the Buyer shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.

VIII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Springfield, IL.
