Aesthetic Wedding Agreement


I. Introduction

This Aesthetic Wedding Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 21st day of August 2050, by and between:

II. Scope of Services

The Designer agrees to provide aesthetic design services for the Client's wedding scheduled to take place on June 15th, 2050. The services will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conceptualizing and creating a design plan that aligns with the Clients' vision.

  • Providing recommendations for color schemes, themes, and decor elements.

  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure the design elements are executed as planned.


III. Design Specifications

The wedding's aesthetic vision will be based on the following design specifications:

  • Theme: Vintage Garden

  • Color Palette: Blush Pink, Sage Green, and Gold

  • Key Design Elements: Floral archway, antique furniture, lace tablecloths

  • Decor Style: Elegant, Rustic

The Designer will deliver a detailed design proposal outlining these elements by September 1st, 2050.


IV. Responsibilities

1. Designer's Responsibilities:

  • To develop and present a comprehensive design plan.

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure correct design implementation.

  • To make necessary adjustments to the design plan as agreed upon with the Clients.

2. Clients' Responsibilities:

  • To provide timely feedback on design proposals and make decisions as required.

  • To ensure timely payment for services as outlined in Section VI.

  • To cooperate with the Designer and vendors to facilitate the design process.


V. Timeline

The key milestones for the design services are as follows:

  • Initial Design Proposal Due: September 1st, 2050

  • Final Design Approval: September 15th, 2050

  • Design Implementation and Setup: June 14th, 2050

  • Event Date: June 15th, 2050


VI. Budget

The total fee for the Designer’s services is $7,500. This fee includes all design work and coordination with vendors. Payments are to be made as follows:

  • Deposit: $2,500, due upon signing this Agreement.

  • Final Payment: $5,000, due 30 days before the event.


VII. Terms and Conditions

  • Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the design plan must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Cancellation Policy: If the Clients cancel the Agreement, they must provide written notice. The Designer will retain any deposit paid, and additional fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.

  • Liability: The Designer is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to third-party vendors.


VIII. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Clients will be responsible for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
