I. Parties Involved

This Commercial Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of August 21, 2050, by and between [Your Name], representing [Your Company Name] ("Landlord"), with a principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] ("Premises"), and John Doe ("Tenant"), whose address for notices is 123 Elm Street, Suite 456, Metropolis, NY 10001.

II. Lease Term

III. Rent and Payment Terms

VII. Termination and Renewal

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing ninety (90) days written notice to the other party.
Renewal Option: Tenant has the option to renew the lease for an additional term of five (5) years, subject to written notice to Landlord at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the initial term.

VIII. Default and Remedies

Default: Failure to pay rent or perform any other obligation under this Agreement shall constitute a default.
Remedies: In the event of a default, the Landlord may pursue all legal remedies available, including eviction and recovery of damages.

IX. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.
