II. Scope of Work

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

The Freelancer agrees to transfer all rights, title, and interest in the work products to the Client, including any related intellectual property rights. The Freelancer retains the right to showcase the work products in their portfolio and for self-promotion, provided such use does not violate the confidentiality obligations outlined in Section V. Any use beyond these rights requires explicit written consent from the Client.
VII. Warranties and Representations
A. Freelancer’s Warranties
The Freelancer warrants that all work performed under this Contract will be original, created specifically for the Client, and will not infringe upon any third-party rights or intellectual property. The Freelancer also warrants that the services will be delivered in a professional and competent manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices. If any work is found to be non-compliant or infringing, the Freelancer will promptly correct the issues at no additional cost to the Client.
B. Client’s Warranties

D. Force Majeure
