Professional Painting Contract
1. Parties Involved
This Painting Contract (the “Contract”) is made effective as of [Date], by and between [Client's Name] (the “Client”), residing at [Client's Address], and [Your Company Name] (the “Painter”), with a principal place of business at [Your Company Address].
2. Scope of Work
The Painter agrees to perform the following painting services (the “Work”):
Painting the exterior of the residential property at 123 Maple Street, including walls, trim, and doors. The paint to be used is Sherwin-Williams Duration in satin finish, with two coats applied to all surfaces.
3. Time of Completion
The Work shall commence on [Date] and shall be completed by [Date], subject to adjustments for conditions beyond the control of the Painter.
4. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Painter the total sum of $5,000 for the completion of the Work. Payment shall be made as follows:

5. Quality of Work
The Painter agrees to perform the Work in a professional manner according to standard industry practices. The Painter will use high-quality materials and perform all preparation and clean-up duties associated with the Work.
6. Warranty
The Painter warrants that all Work will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years following the completion date.
7. Termination
This Contract may be terminated by either party with written notice under the following conditions:
(a) If the Painter fails to perform the Work in a timely and professional manner.
(b) If the Client fails to make the scheduled payments.
(c) Mutual agreement by both parties.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
