Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1: Name
The name of this organization shall be [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Organization".
Section 2: Purpose

Article II: Membership

The Board of Directors shall be responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Organization, ensuring that its activities are in alignment with the purposes outlined in Article I.
Section 3: Meetings

Regular Meetings: The Board shall meet at least once every quarter.

Special Meetings: Special meetings may be called by the President or by any three Board members with at least one week's notice.
Article IV: Officers

Officers shall be elected by the Board of Directors at the annual meeting and shall serve a term of two years, or until their successors are elected and assume office.

Article VI: Finances
