Article I: Name
The name of this organization shall be [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "the Organization."
Article II: Purpose
The purposes of this Organization are to:

Article III: Membership
Section 1: Eligibility

Section 2: Active Membership
An active member is defined as a student who:

Article IV: Officers

Section 2: Election

Article V: Meetings

Article VIII: Amendments
These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of active members present at a regular meeting, provided the amendment has been submitted in writing at the previous regular meeting.
Article IX: Ratification
These bylaws shall become effective immediately upon approval by a two-thirds vote of the active members present at a meeting called for this purpose.
