Article I: Name

The name of the organization shall be [Your Company Name], hereafter referred to as "the Organization."

Article II: Purpose

The purpose of the Organization is to [Purpose].

Article III: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility

Membership in the Organization is open to all individuals who support the purpose of the Organization.

Section 2: Classes of Membership

There shall be the following classes of membership:

  • Regular Members

  • Honorary Members

  • Affiliate Members

Section 3: Rights and Privileges

All members are entitled to attend meetings, participate in discussions, and vote on matters brought before the membership.

Article IV: Officers

The officers of the Organization shall be:

Section 2: Election and Term of Office
