Article I: Name and Purpose
The name of the entity is [Your Company Name] (the “Company”). The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a company may be organized under the laws of [State/Country].
Article II: Principal Office
The principal office of the Company is located at [Your Company Address]. The Company may change its principal office from time to time as determined by the Owner.
Article III: Ownership

Article IV: Management
