3. Release of Claims
By signing this Agreement, the Property Owner agrees to release and hold harmless the Contractor, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the construction project described above, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
4. Indemnification
The Property Owner agrees to indemnify and defend the Contractor against any claims or lawsuits arising from or related to the construction work, including those that may arise from the actions or omissions of the Property Owner.
5. Effective Date
This Agreement shall become effective on the date first written above and shall remain in full force and effect until the completion of the construction project or until terminated by mutual written consent of the parties.
6. Governing Law
