As a Product Manager, I want to refine and prioritize the product backlog, so that our development team can focus on high-impact features and improvements for the next sprint, ensuring we meet our release goals effectively and efficiently.

III. Acceptance Criteria:

Backlog Items Review:
- All backlog items are reviewed to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest product goals and user needs.
Prioritization:
- Backlog items are prioritized based on business value, user impact, and dependencies.
- High-priority items are clearly marked and moved to the top of the backlog.
Estimation:
- Each backlog item has a clear and accurate effort estimation, expressed in story points or hours, provided by the development team.
Dependencies:
- Any dependencies between backlog items are identified and documented to avoid potential bottlenecks.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Each backlog item has well-defined acceptance criteria that specify what needs to be accomplished for the item to be considered complete.
Documentation:
