EXT. CITY STREET - NIGHT

The city is alive with neon lights and the distant hum of jazz music. People bustle to and fro, lost in their own worlds.

INT. JAZZ CLUB - NIGHT

The smoky room is filled with tables, a small bar, and a stage in the corner. A jazz band is performing, and the music fills the space with a lively energy.

INT. JAZZ CLUB STAGE - NIGHT

Rain, a passionate and charismatic singer in her late twenties, takes the stage. She holds the microphone with confidence and grace.

RAIN: (smiling at the audience) Thank you, everyone, for coming out tonight. We have a special song for you.

The BAND starts playing a soulful tune. Rain begins to sing.

RAIN: (singing, with feeling) "When the night is dark and lonely, and the moon hides in the sky..."

INT. JAZZ CLUB - AT THE BAR - NIGHT

At the bar, LUKE, a charming and enigmatic man in his early thirties, sips his drink. He watches Rain with intense interest.

LUKE: (to the bartender) Who's the singer?

BARTENDER: (smiling) That's Rain. She's got quite a voice, doesn't she?

INT. JAZZ CLUB STAGE - NIGHT

Rain continues her performance, her voice flowing effortlessly with the music.

RAIN: (singing, pouring her soul into the words) "I'll be your guiding star, leading you home..."

The audience is captivated, unable to take their eyes off her.

INT. JAZZ CLUB - LUKE'S TABLE - LATER

Rain finishes her set and makes her way through the crowd, heading towards Luke's table. She smiles as she approaches him.

RAIN: (playfully) Enjoying the show?

LUKE: (grinning) Absolutely. You were amazing up there.

INT. JAZZ CLUB - NIGHT

The atmosphere around them buzzes with energy and the sound of clinking glasses. The band begins to play another lively tune.

RAIN: (teasing) Are you just saying that because you've had a few drinks?

LUKE: (laughing) Nope. Sober as a judge. Well, mostly.

INT. JAZZ CLUB - DANCE FLOOR - NIGHT

Luke extends his hand towards Rain, inviting her to dance. She hesitates for a moment, then accepts with a smile. They move to the dance floor, swaying to the rhythm of the music.

LUKE: (dancing closely) You know, you’ve got a way of enchanting an audience.

RAIN: It’s all about connecting with people. Feeling the music.

LUKE: And you do it beautifully.
