This Deed of Property Transfer ("Deed") is made and entered into on this 5th day of September 2050, by and between:

Consideration

Warranties and Representations

Covenants

1. The Grantee accepts the Property "AS IS" without any warranties other than those stated in this Deed.

2. The Grantee will perform all obligations and assume all liabilities associated with the Property from the date of transfer.

Execution and Delivery

This Deed shall be effective upon its execution and delivery by the Grantor to the Grantee.

Governing Law

This Deed shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
