                  Equipment Ownership

All equipment provided to the employee remains the property of the company and is on loan for the duration of the employee's work with the organization. Employees are required to take reasonable care of the equipment and use it strictly for business purposes. Personal use of the equipment is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the company in writing.

                  Equipment Maintenance and Care

The employee is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working order. This includes keeping the equipment clean, safe, and functional. Any issues with the equipment, such as technical malfunctions or damage, must be reported immediately to the supervisor or IT department.

                  Liability for Loss or Damage

Employees are financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. The employee agrees to reimburse the company for the cost of repairs or replacement in the event of damage due to negligence or misuse. In cases of theft, the employee must provide a police report and cooperate with the company in resolving the matter.

                  Return of Equipment

Upon termination of employment or upon request by the company, the employee agrees to return all issued equipment in the same condition as received, minus normal wear and tear. The equipment must be returned by the date specified by the company. Failure to return the equipment on time may result in legal action or deductions from the employee’s final paycheck.

                  Confidentiality and Data Security

Employees must ensure that all company data stored on the equipment is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. This includes following the company’s data security policies, such as using passwords and encryption tools. Any breach of data security or loss of sensitive information must be reported immediately. The employee acknowledges that any company data must be erased from the equipment before returning it.

                  Signatures

By signing this agreement, the parties acknowledge that the employee has received the equipment in good working condition and understands the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
