II. Payment

The Renter agrees to pay a downpayment of Percentage of the total rental cost upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance must be paid upon the delivery of the rented tables and chairs. All payments should be made by Payment Method(s). Late payments will incur a penalty of Percentage of the total rental amount for each day past the due date.

III. Penalties

If the Renter fails to return the tables and chairs by the agreed return date, a late fee of Amount per day will apply. Any damage to the tables or chairs beyond normal wear and tear will result in a repair or replacement fee, to be determined by the Company. If the items are returned in a condition that requires professional cleaning, a cleaning fee of Amountwill be charged. Any unpaid fees or charges will be pursued through legal means, and the Renter will be responsible for any associated legal costs.

IV. Refund

Refunds will only be issued under certain conditions. If the Renter cancels the rental agreement more than Number days before the rental date, a full refund will be provided, minus a Amount administrative fee. Cancellations made less than Number days before the rental date will result in a Percentage refund of the total rental cost. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than Number days before the date of the rental. If the Company fails to deliver the rented items as agreed, a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed within Number business days from the date of cancellation or agreement termination.

V. Customer Responsibility

The Renter is responsible for the pickup and return of the tables and chairs unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company. All items must be returned in the same condition as received, free of any damage, stains, or alterations. The Renter must notify the Company of any damage or issues with the rented items immediately upon discovery. The Renter is not permitted to sublease the rented tables and chairs to any third party or use them for any purpose other than the one stated in this agreement.

The Renter must use the tables and chairs in a safe and lawful manner, adhering to all local regulations and ordinances. It is the Renter's responsibility to secure the rented items against theft, vandalism, or damage while in their possession. In the event of theft or irreparable damage, the Renter will be liable for the full replacement cost of the items. The Renter shall not remove any labels or identification marks from the rented items and agrees to allow the Company access to inspect the items during the rental period.

VI. Signatures

By signing this agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have inspected the rented items and found them to be in good condition. The Renter agrees to be solely responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur due to their use of the rented items. The Renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented tables and chairs.
