6. Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled within 90 days of the event, the Client is responsible for the full fee.

7. Liability

The Coordinator is not responsible for any damages or loss of property during the event. The Coordinator’s liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Client.

8. Amendments

Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Governing Law

This Contract is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
