Position Overview:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging and brand consistency.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand strategy

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills

    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and HubSpot

    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

    • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Work Conditions:

  • Hours of Work: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for project deadlines or campaign launches.

  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with occasional remote work options. Some travel required for industry events and conferences.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
