This Month-to-Month Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 4th day of November 2050, by and between [Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord") and DexTrium (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant").

The Tenant is responsible for:

IX. Entry and Inspection
