1. Agreement Overview

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees and Payment Schedule

6. Termination

The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Client fails to pay any fees due under this Agreement within [30] days after receiving written notice of such failure from the Service Provider.
7. Confidentiality
