2.2 Shipping and Handling

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with the delivery of products will be the responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer will ensure that all shipping fees are paid promptly to avoid any delays in delivery.

Timeliness of Delivery: The Supplier commits to ensuring that products are delivered within a maximum of [14] days from the date of receiving a purchase order. Delays must be communicated in writing to the Buyer as soon as they are known.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
The Buyer agrees to pay the Supplier according to the prices listed in Section 1.1. Prices will be reviewed annually, taking into account market conditions and inflation rates, to ensure they remain competitive and fair for both parties.
3.2 Payment Schedule
Payments will be structured as follows to facilitate a smooth transaction process:
