I am writing to formally notify you of my intent to vacate my apartment, Apartment 4B, effective October 31, 2056. In accordance with the terms of my lease agreement, I am providing you with 30 days' notice.
My last day of residency will be October 31, 2056. I will ensure that the apartment is clean and returned to its original condition, as per our agreement. I kindly ask you to schedule a walk-through inspection at your earliest convenience to assess the apartment’s condition prior to my departure.
