      • Go over incident and emergency response procedures.

      • Confirm understanding of client service protocols and professionalism.

      Service Training & Product Knowledge

      • Attend training on spa treatment options and techniques.

      • Review the list of products and their appropriate use.

      • Familiarize with any in-house or exclusive product lines.

      • Participate in hands-on training for treatments or therapies.

      • Learn about recommended post-treatment care for clients.

      • Complete any required skills assessments.

      Technology & Administrative Setup

      • Set up login information for scheduling and client management systems.

      • Learn to navigate the client booking and check-in software.

      • Review digital protocols for confidentiality and secure data handling.

      • Practice using any digital tools for customer service.

      • Confirm account setup for employee benefits and payroll, if applicable.
