Terms and Conditions

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $_____________ is required to secure the date and time of the event. This deposit will be applied to the total cost.

Force Majeure: The venue is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract due to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
