1.1 Description of Food Truck

Lessee acknowledges receipt of the food truck in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, barring normal wear and tear.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1 Use of Food Truck

The Lessee agrees to use the food truck exclusively for the purpose of operating a food service business during the rental period. The Lessee shall adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and health codes governing food service operations.

2.2 Payment Terms

1. Rental Fee: The total rental fee shall be due and payable in advance on or before the start of the rental period. Payments can be made via credit card, check, or electronic funds transfer.

2. Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be refunded to the Lessee within [15] days after the end of the rental period, subject to deductions for any damages, cleaning fees, or unpaid fees.

2.3 Maintenance and Repairs

1. The Lessee shall maintain the food truck in good condition throughout the rental period, performing routine checks on equipment and cleanliness.

2. Any necessary repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, including maintenance of appliances, will be the responsibility of the Lessor. However, damages caused by the Lessee's misuse, negligence, or failure to adhere to maintenance procedures shall be the Lessee's responsibility. Lessee agrees to notify the Lessor immediately if any damage occurs or repairs are needed.

2.4 Insurance

The Lessee shall obtain and maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the food truck, including but not limited to liability insurance with a minimum coverage of [$1,000,000]. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Lessor prior to the start of the rental and must remain in effect throughout the rental period.

2.5 Indemnification

3.3 Amendments

Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This includes any changes to the rental period, fees, or terms of service.

3.4 Severability
