1. Sale of Property

The Seller hereby sells, transfers, and conveys all rights, title, and interest in the vehicle described above to the Buyer, free and clear of any liens or encumbrances.

2. “As-Is” Condition

The Buyer acknowledges that the vehicle is being sold "AS-IS," without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer agrees that the Seller has not made any representation about the condition, safety, or operation of the vehicle other than what is expressly stated in this Agreement.

3. Release of Liability

Upon the signing of this Bill of Sale, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the ownership, use, and any legal liability, including personal injury or property damage, resulting from the operation or use of the vehicle. The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from the Buyer’s use or ownership of the vehicle after the transfer of ownership.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orlando County, Florida.
