1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
The Releasor acknowledges that participation in the activities provided by the Releasee involves inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:

4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
The Releasor grants permission for the Releasee to seek medical treatment in case of an emergency and understands that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of any injuries sustained while participating in the activities.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action arising out of or related to this Release shall be brought in the courts of the State of Arizona.
6. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this Release shall remain in full force and effect.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
