This issue became evident on December 20, 2051, and I have been unable to use the product for its intended purpose since then. I believe this is a manufacturing defect, as the product was used according to the instructions provided.

I am quite disappointed, as I have always had positive experiences with your products in the past. I have attached a copy of the receipt and a few photographs illustrating the defect to this letter for your reference.

Considering the situation, I kindly request a resolution to this matter. I would appreciate it if you could provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product of the same model

  • A repair service to fix the defect
