Title: NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Silver Lake Project

Company: [YOUR COMPANY NAME]

Author: [YOUR NAME]

Date of Report: October 2, 2065

Summary

This Technical Report presents the results of the geological and resource evaluation for the Silver Lake Project, located in Nevada, USA. The report is prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The focus of this report is to provide an updated mineral resource estimate and to describe the geology and potential mining methods for the project.

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to disclose pertinent information regarding the Silver Lake Project to comply with the NI 43-101 requirements. This report summarizes the technical findings and provides an updated mineral resource estimate as of October 2, 2065.

Property Description and Location

The Silver Lake Project is located in Elko County, Nevada, covering an area of approximately 2,500 hectares. The property is accessible via Nevada State Route 225, approximately 50 kilometers northeast of Elko, and lies within proximity to existing mining operations and infrastructure.

Accessibility, Climate, Local Resources, Infrastructure, and Physiography

The climate in the region is characterized by a high desert climate, with average annual temperatures ranging from -5°C to 30°C. The area has a rugged terrain with elevations ranging from 1,600 meters to 2,200 meters. Key infrastructure includes well-maintained gravel roads, access to water sources, and power lines from nearby mining operations.

History

The property has been explored since the late 2050s, with historical work including surface sampling and drilling programs. Significant findings during previous explorations include surface grades of up to 15 g/t Au and 250 g/t Ag.

Geological Setting and Mineralization

The geological setting of the Silver Lake Project consists of Paleozoic sedimentary rocks and Tertiary volcanic units. Mineralization types identified include epithermal gold-silver veins, typically hosted in fault zones and breccias.

Deposit Types

The deposit types present at the Silver Lake Project are classified as epithermal gold-silver veins. Each deposit type exhibits high-grade mineralization with potential for both open-pit and underground mining.

Exploration

Recent exploration activities have included diamond drilling, trenching, and geophysical surveys conducted between 2053 and 2055. Key results from the drilling include intercepts of 3.5 meters at 12 g/t Au and 220 g/t Ag.

Drilling

A total of 35 drill holes have been completed, totaling approximately 5,000 meters of drilling. The drill programs have focused on the high-grade vein systems identified during initial exploration.

Sampling Method and Approach

Samples were collected using diamond core drilling and surface trenching. Samples were sent to ALS Global for analysis, with protocols adhering to industry standards for both gold and silver assays.

Sample Preparation, Analyses, and Security

Samples were prepared in accordance with ALS Global protocols, which include crushing, splitting, and pulverizing. Analytical methods employed include fire assay for gold and multi-element ICP for silver and other metals. Security measures included chain-of-custody protocols during sample transport.

Data Verification

Data verification has been conducted through independent review by a qualified third-party geologist, and additional confirmatory sampling has been performed on selected drill holes, confirming the original results.

Mineral Resource Estimates

The updated mineral resource estimate is as follows:

  • Measured: 150,000 ounces of gold (Au) and 2.5 million ounces of silver (Ag)

  • Indicated: 200,000 ounces of gold (Au) and 3.0 million ounces of silver (Ag)

  • Inferred: 100,000 ounces of gold (Au) and 1.0 million ounces of silver (Ag)

Other Relevant Data and Information

Additional information relevant to the project includes metallurgical studies that suggest favorable recovery rates of over 90% for gold and silver using conventional processing methods.

Interpretation and Conclusions

The data collected indicates that the Silver Lake Project holds significant potential for economic viability based on the high-grade mineralization identified. Further exploration and development are recommended to expand the resource base.

Recommendations

Further work is recommended to enhance the understanding of the mineralization, including an additional 5,000 meters of drilling focused on the identified high-grade zones, as well as metallurgical testing to confirm processing methods.
