Dear Mr. Morar,
This document acts as the Month-to-Month Rental Agreement between [Your Name] (referred to as the "Landlord") and Barry Morar (referred to as the "Tenant") for the property located at Charlotte, NC 28202.
This rental agreement will commence on October 10, 2055, and will continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party as outlined in this agreement.
