PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL AGREEMENT LETTER

Dear Dell Stokes,
This letter serves as a formal agreement regarding the allowance of your pet, Buddy (a Labrador Retriever), in the rental property located in Milwaukee, WI 53202. A refundable pet deposit of $500 is required and will be returned upon the termination of the lease, subject to any deductions for damages caused by Buddy.
It is important that Buddy is kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the property, and that you clean up after him at all times. Please ensure that Buddy does not disturb the neighbors with excessive barking. Any damages caused by Buddy will be your responsibility, and the cost of repairs will be deducted from the pet deposit if necessary.
You are also required to obtain pet liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000, and proof of this insurance must be provided upon request.
This agreement may be terminated if Buddy causes ongoing disturbances or damages that are not resolved after formal notice. In such a case, you may be asked to remove Buddy from the property.
