Dear Ms. Wehner,
This letter serves as a formal rental agreement for the garage located in Kansas City, MO 64101.
The terms and conditions of the rental are as follows:
The rental period will begin on November 1, 2055, and end on October 31, 2056. The total rental fee for this term is $1,200, payable in monthly installments of $100, due on the first of each month. A security deposit of $200 is required, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to the condition of the garage.
The garage is to be used solely for vehicle storage and the temporary storage of personal items, not to exceed 100 cubic feet. The tenant is responsible for keeping the garage in a clean and orderly condition. Any damages or necessary repairs should be reported to the landlord immediately.
