RECITALS

WHEREAS, Charity is a nonprofit organization established under the laws of the State of [State], and is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code;

WHEREAS, Partner desires to support Charity's mission through financial contributions and/or in-kind services to benefit Charity's Youth Empowerment Program, which provides educational resources, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities to underprivileged youth in the community;

WHEREAS, both parties wish to collaborate to further the objectives of the Charity and contribute to the community.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Partner will provide support to the Charity to further its mission of empowering underprivileged youth by providing access to educational resources, mentorship, and skill development opportunities. The contributions will help fund the Charity’s "Youth Empowerment Program, which aims to reduce dropout rates, improve literacy, and prepare young individuals for future careers through workshops, scholarships, and community-based projects.

2. TERM

This Agreement shall commence on the effective date as set forth above and shall continue in effect until [Month Day, Year], unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

3. CONTRIBUTIONS

3.1 Financial Contributions

  • Volunteer mentorship hours, where employees of the Partner will serve as mentors to program participants, offering career guidance, skill-building workshops, and personal development support.

  • Event space for the Charity’s annual youth career fair, allowing program participants to connect with potential employers and learn about job opportunities in various industries.

4. USE OF CONTRIBUTIONS

The contributions provided by the Partner shall be used exclusively for the purposes set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Funding scholarships for students participating in the Youth Empowerment Program, enabling them to attend vocational training, college prep courses, or other educational opportunities.

  • Purchasing educational materials such as textbooks, digital tools, and other resources required for program participants to complete coursework and skill development activities.

  • Organizing community workshops and training sessions focused on personal development, career planning, and job readiness for the underprivileged youth involved in the program.

  • Hosting annual career fairs and networking events that connect program participants with potential employers, mentors, and internship opportunities.

  • Maintaining and upgrading technology infrastructure, including the provision of laptops, software, and internet access for participants to engage in digital learning.

5. REPORTING

5.1 Accountability

Charity agrees to provide the Partner with reports regarding the use of the contributions and the impact of the funded programs. Reports shall be delivered according to the following schedule:

  • Quarterly Progress Reports: Charity will submit detailed reports every three months, outlining how the financial and in-kind contributions have been utilized, including specific information on the number of beneficiaries, key milestones achieved, and any challenges faced in the execution of the "Youth Empowerment Program."

  • Annual Impact Report: At the end of each fiscal year, Charity will provide a comprehensive report summarizing the overall impact of the Partner's contributions. This report will include program outcomes, success stories, financial statements related to the program, and recommendations for future development.

  • Final Report: Upon the conclusion of the Agreement or program, Charity will deliver a final report detailing the full scope of the Partner’s contributions, a summary of achievements, and the long-term effects on the participants and community.

5.2 Financial Statements

Charity shall provide Partner with annual financial statements, including a statement of revenues and expenditures related to the contributions.

6. RECOGNITION

6.1 Public Acknowledgment

Charity agrees to publicly acknowledge the Partner’s contributions in the following ways:

  • Inclusion of the Partner’s name/logo on promotional materials, websites, and press releases related to the funded programs.

  • Recognition during events or functions organized by the Charity.

6.2 Approval of Marketing Materials

Any materials or announcements featuring the Partner’s name or logo must be approved by the Partner in writing prior to distribution.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 Termination for Convenience
