I hope this letter finds you well. It is with a heavy heart that I submit my resignation as a volunteer at Helping Hands Charity, effective November 10, 2050.
Volunteering with Helping Hands over the past five years has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I have deeply valued the opportunity to contribute to the wonderful work this organization does for our community. However, due to personal commitments and a recent change in my schedule, I am no longer able to dedicate the time and energy that this role deserves.
I would be happy to assist in any way I can during this transition period, whether it's helping to train a new volunteer or handing off any ongoing projects. Please let me know how I can support the team as I step away from my volunteer duties.
