2. Risk of Loss
Upon transfer of ownership, all risk of loss or injury to the horse passes to the buyer. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the horse’s care and welfare after the sale.
3. Health Information
The seller agrees to provide the following documents regarding the horse's health upon the sale:

Veterinary Health Certificate dated October 8, 2067.

Negative Coggins test dated April 15, 2067.
4. Transportation
It is agreed that the transportation of the horse will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the seller will not be liable for any injury sustained during transportation.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
