This Department Store Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into on [Month Day, Year] by and between:

11. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING

The Tenant shall not assign this Agreement or sublease any portion of the premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

12. DEFAULT

If the Tenant fails to pay rent or violates any other term of this Agreement, the Landlord may terminate the lease upon giving [0] days' written notice. 13. TERMINATION
