        • Food presentation is appealing, with no disarray or mishandling

        • Ensure that all food items are fresh and safe to consume

        • Notify customer of any delays or issues with the order

        • Adhere to all local health and food safety codes

        • Verify that the delivery driver is properly trained and certified, if required
