1. Purpose

The purpose of this Contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Park will provide access and services to the Client for a birthday party on [Month Day, Year]. This agreement is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

2. Services Provided

The Park agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

  • Access to Park Facilities: The Client will receive access to designated areas of the Park, including but not limited to rides and picnic areas. Access times will be determined in advance and communicated to the Client.

  • Staff Services: The Park will provide trained staff for the duration of the event. This may include event coordinators, safety personnel, and food service staff to assist with all needs.

3. Payment

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

5.1 Park Responsibilities

  • The Park shall provide trained staff to assist with the event, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that guests have an enjoyable experience.

  • The Park shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding health and safety, including those related to food service and occupancy limits.

  • The Park will provide a designated event coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact before and during the event.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

  • The Client shall provide accurate information regarding the number of guests, dietary restrictions, and any special requirements at least [0] days before the event. This includes informing the Park of any guests with disabilities or special needs.

  • The Client shall be responsible for the conduct of all guests and shall ensure that all guests comply with the Park's rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by the Park staff may result in immediate removal from the premises.

  • The Client shall indemnify and hold the Park harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's actions or the actions of its guests during the event, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability Waiver: The Client acknowledges that participation in activities at the Park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and other injuries. The Client agrees to assume all risks and shall not hold the Park liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

  • Insurance: The Client is encouraged to obtain liability insurance for the event. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Park at least [number of days] days prior to the event. The Park reserves the right to request additional coverage based on the size and nature of the event.

  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Park, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, damages, and liabilities arising from the event, including legal fees incurred in defending against such claims.

7. Force Majeure
