1. Purpose
The purpose of this Contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Park will provide access and services to the Client for a birthday party on [Month Day, Year]. This agreement is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
2. Services Provided
The Park agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

3. Payment

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

The Park shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding health and safety, including those related to food service and occupancy limits.

The Park will provide a designated event coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact before and during the event.
5.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client shall provide accurate information regarding the number of guests, dietary restrictions, and any special requirements at least [0] days before the event. This includes informing the Park of any guests with disabilities or special needs.

The Client shall be responsible for the conduct of all guests and shall ensure that all guests comply with the Park's rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by the Park staff may result in immediate removal from the premises.

The Client shall indemnify and hold the Park harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's actions or the actions of its guests during the event, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
6. Liability and Insurance

Liability Waiver: The Client acknowledges that participation in activities at the Park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and other injuries. The Client agrees to assume all risks and shall not hold the Park liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

Insurance: The Client is encouraged to obtain liability insurance for the event. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Park at least [number of days] days prior to the event. The Park reserves the right to request additional coverage based on the size and nature of the event.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Park, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, damages, and liabilities arising from the event, including legal fees incurred in defending against such claims.
7. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Contract if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or pandemics. In such cases, both Parties will work together in good faith to reschedule the event or arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
8. Governing Law
