NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Admission

1.1 Eligibility: Admission to the Park is granted only to those who possess a valid ticket or season pass. Children under the age of [18] must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

1.2 Ticket Types: Tickets are available for purchase as single-day tickets, multi-day tickets, or season passes. Ticket prices are subject to change and may be found on the Park's official website or at the ticket counter.

1.3 Non-Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced without proof of purchase.

2. Park Rules and Regulations

2.1 Compliance: Guest agrees to comply with all Park rules and regulations as posted within the Park and communicated by Park staff.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct: Guest shall not engage in any conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or otherwise prohibited by the Park’s policies, including but not limited to:

  • Running, pushing, or disorderly behavior

  • Smoking in non-designated areas

  • Possession of weapons or illegal substances

  • Vandalism or destruction of Park property

2.3 Dress Code: Guests are expected to wear appropriate attire. Guests in swimsuits must wear cover-ups when entering indoor facilities.

3. Safety and Health Protocols

3.1 Personal Responsibility: Guests must assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their children while in the Park.

3.2 Height and Health Restrictions: Certain rides and attractions have height and health restrictions. It is the responsibility of the Guest to review these restrictions prior to participation.

3.3 Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, Guests should follow the directions of Park personnel. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their locations.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk: Guest acknowledges that participation in Park activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury or property damage. By entering the Park, the Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks.

4.2 Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guest hereby releases and holds harmless the Park Operator, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the Guest's use of Park facilities and participation in activities.

5. Indemnification

The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Park Operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to the Guest’s breach of this Agreement, negligence, or willful misconduct while in the Park.

6. Photographs and Video

6.1 Media Consent: Guest grants the Park Operator the right to take photographs and videos of the Guest while in the Park for promotional purposes.

6.2 Revocation: If the Guest does not wish to be photographed or filmed, the Guest must notify Park personnel upon entry.

7. Food and Beverage Policy

7.1 Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Park unless authorized for medical or dietary reasons.

7.2 Dining Facilities: The Park offers a variety of dining options. Guests are encouraged to review menus and available dining options on the Park's website or at Park dining locations.

8. Weather Policy

8.1 Inclement Weather: The Park reserves the right to close attractions or the entire Park due to severe weather conditions for the safety of Guests and staff. Tickets will not be refunded in such cases, but the Park may issue rain checks for future visits at its discretion.

8.2 Weather-Related Announcements: Guests are encouraged to stay informed through the Park’s official communication channels regarding any weather-related changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Negotiation: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
